Kent Mammal Group Grants 2024

Kent Mammal Group (KMG) is making available four different grant applications for 2024. The purpose of these grants is to support any projects, activities or research which seeks to raise awareness, contribute towards the conservation of or improve our understanding of Kent's mammals.

Successful applicants of a KMG grant will be required to write a brief report (maximum 500 words) summarising how the money thay have received has been used and any findings of the research that has been undertaken. This may be selected for publication on the KMG website or in 'Quadrupedia' the KMG quarterly newsletter.

Applications for any of the KMG grants can be made throughout the year and will normally be considered at KMG committee meetings.

The four grant schemes include:

General grant: up to £250 worth of funding for individual KMG members to support mammal-related research or projects which they are engaged in, which focus on Kent's mammals.
